My experience has ranged from leading ambitious projects in large education institutions to developing the first product in a small startup. With my previous role I lead the development of a large innovation hub and developed an investment fund for very early founders. Before that role I helped developed the Creative Destruction Lab that now has a massive global community contributing to the success of founders.

Over the last 20 years I have worked around or in technology. I got involved in the second wave of a startup world that grew in Waterloo starting around 2005 by leading community events that would grow into a movement. That evolved into founding my own company and developing support organizations for founders getting started.
